The culture of Bangladesh refers to the way of life of the people of Bangladesh. It has evolved over the centuries and encompasses the cultural diversity of the several social groups of Bangladesh. The Bengal Renaissance of the 19th and early 20th centuries, noted Bengali writers, saints, authors, scientists, researchers, thinkers, music composers, painters and film-makers have played a significant role in the development of Bengali culture. The culture of Bangladesh is composite and over the centuries has assimilated influences of Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity. It is manifested in various forms, including music, dance and drama: art and craft; folklore and folktale; languages and literature; philosophy and religion; festivals and celebrations as well as in a distinct cuisine and culinary tradition. 

আমাদের সত্য কথা বলার সাহস থাকা চাই। অন্যকে ভয় পেলে চলবে না এবং আমাদেরকে নিয়ে কে কি ভাবে তা নিয়েও শঙ্কিত হবার কিছু নেই। যত দিন আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য সৎ হয় ততদিন স্রষ্টা আমাদের পাশে থাকবে। আর তার সহায়তায় আমরা দুর্বলদেরকে উৎসাহিত করতে সক্ষম হব। এভাবেই আমরা জীবনে এগিয়ে যাব এবং খুঁজে নেব অভীষ্ট লক্ষ্য।

গণি মিয়া একজন দরিদ্র কৃষক। তার নিজস্ব কোন জমি নাই। তিনি অন্যের জমি চাষাবাদ করেন। তিনি সেখানে ধান ও পাট আবাদ করেন। সে ফসলের অর্ধেক পায়। তিনি তার ছেলের বিয়ে উপলক্ষ্যে বড় অংকের টাকা ব্যয় করেন।

নাসিরউদ্দিন ছিলেন দিল্লীর সম্রাট। তিনি ছিলেন একজন ধার্মিক সুলতান। তিনি খুবই স্বাভাবিক জীবনযাপন করতেন। এজন্য তিনি দিল্লীর দরবেশ সুলতান হিসেবে পরিচিত ছিলেন। তিনি রাষ্ট্রীয় কোষাগার থেকে কোন অর্থ গ্রহণ করতেন না। তিনি টুপি সেলাই করতেন এবং পবিত্র কোরআন নকল করতেন এবং এর দ্বারাই তিনি তাঁর পরিবার চালাতেন। তাঁর স্ত্রী নিজ হাতে রান্না করতেন।

ভালোবাসা সমস্ত গুণাবলির মুকুটস্বরূপ। এটা একজনকে সমস্ত গুণাবলির দ্বারা অলঙ্কৃত করে। ভালোবাসাই আমাদের নম্রতাকে শক্তিশালী করে। স্রষ্টার প্রতি ভালোবাসাই পরমোৎকর্ষ গুণ ।

= যেহেতু কীটনাশক বিষাক্ত তাই এগুলো মানবদেহ, প্রাণী, অন্যান্য অণুজীবসহ সর্বোপরি পরিবেশের জন্য মারাত্মক ক্ষতিকর। কাজেই যারা এই কীটনাশক ব্যবহার করেন বা নিয়মিত এর সংস্পর্শে থাকেন তাদের আপেক্ষিক বিষাক্ততা ও সম্ভাব্য স্বাস্থ্যহানী সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকা উচিত এবং তারা যে ধরনের দ্রব্য ব্যবহার করেন তার ক্ষতিকর প্রভাবের প্রতিরোধ সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকা উচিত। কীটনাশক বিষক্রিয়ার উপসর্গগুলো মৃদু শরীর চুলকানি থেকে শুরু করে কমা এমনকি মৃত্যু পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। ভিন্ন ভিন্ন রাসায়নিক পদার্থ ভিন্ন ভিন্ন রোগের উপসর্গের সৃষ্টি করে। ব্যক্তি বিশেষের উপর এই রাসায়নিক পদার্থের প্রভাব ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হতে পারে। যে বিষক্রিয়া একজনের উপর কোনো প্রভাবই ফেলে না তা অন্যের মারাত্মক অসুস্থতার কারণ হতে পারে।
